Joy Anne Clover
Partner
In Joy's academic and professional journey, she has demonstrated leadership and expertise extending beyond the legal field. As a School Prefect at Pelham Junior School and Alexander High School, she refined organizational and interpersonal skills. Her insights on marriages were acknowledged with a 2013 publication in Glamour Magazine. Serving as a keynote speaker at IEACSA in 2017 and 2018, Joy addressed conveyancing challenges and real estate matters. She shared knowledge with BWA in 2018, covering topics from wills to weddings. Recognition as a finalist in 2018 for Women Property Network Durban and BWA Zululand, along with awards like Pinnacle Awards KZN and Standard Bank TOP Business Awards, highlight professional excellence. Additionally, she contributes to the legal community as a Legal Practice Council Moderator for Conveyancing Exams in 2022 and 2023 in KZN. Beyond her professional role, she serves as a trustee for iCare, dedicated to assisting and reuniting street kids with their families in Durban.

Casey -Lee Loudon
Partner
Casey-Lee completed her articles at Tatham Wilkes in Durban in 2018 and remained on as a Professional until 2022 and thereafter worked at Ramdass Inc from July 2022 until 10 January 2024. She learnt transfers from end to end and has a unique ability to not only effectively communicate with clients but to also ensure the conveyancing process is completed in record time. She is not only a Conveyancer but also a Notary Public. She took over the Zululand Property Conveyancing profile at her previous firm and managed staff not only on the transfer side but also on the bond side ensuring transactions were registered quickly. She services the Zululand as well as Greater Durban area.

Sarah Smythe
Partner
Sarah is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background, encompassing relief teaching at Howick Preparatory School and completing articles of clerkship at Venn, Nemeth, and Hart Attorneys. As a professional Assistant at Austen Smith Attorneys, Sarah specialized in agency conveyancing from February 2012 to January 2013. Subsequently, at A G Jenkins Attorneys (March 2013 – July 2017), she managed the conveyancing practice, focusing on local conveyancing, deceased estates, trust planning, and commercial contracts. As an Associate at Macgregor Erasmus Attorneys (August 2017 – August 2018), Sarah initiated and managed the Pietermaritzburg branch, excelling in conveyancing, estates, High Court litigation, and labour law. Continuing at Hogarty Attorneys (September 2018 – October 2019), she oversaw the Pietermaritzburg branch, excelling in conveyancing and providing training to estate agents. In her recent role as the office manager and agency conveyancer for Clover and Ramdass Inc (September 2022 – January 2024), she specialized in agency conveyancing, addressing Deeds Office queries, and providing crucial support to attorney clients.
